Dr. Nerviano is a  provider for all major insurance, HMO, and EAP programs locally, including Military families, State and Federal employees, but not medicaid.   There must be one identified client for contract, record and billing.   Psychological Testing (96101) may be an insurance benefit but may have a deductible, co-pay and/or additional paperwork approvals that do not apply to other mental health services. (Court ordered evaluations, lethal weapons clearance, and most educational testing are not usually covered.) The only way to know your current insurance or EAP coverage is to call them!  For insurance check your "outpatient mental health benefits" coverage. Check if you need prior authorization, have a deductible, co-pay or co-insurance, and when the coverage year ends!   These restrictions do not apply to self pay clients.
